About the Comic

Belarun is a fae man born into human royalty as a prince. Tormented by his otherworldly appearance, he hides his face behind a veil.
His family searches for a noblewoman to marry him, so that he may continue the royal line. But their search seems futile, as all reject him.
One night, he crosses paths with a runaway woman - a witch in need of sanctuary. The family take her in with the hope that, in time, the prince will charm her...

Princeling is a dark-fantasy romance that explores how childhood trauma affects it's characters, and their relationships.

Hello, I'm Bitter! I'm a digital artist currently gearing up to be an Illustration student. Princeling is my first webcomic, drawing inspiration from metal music, Beauty and the Beast, and faerie folklore.
